The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency and driving continuous improvement. **Job Description** =================== **Sourcing & Vendor Management:** * Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favourable terms and ensure supply continuity. * Conduct supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments. **Procurement Operations:** * Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order issuance. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and timelines. * Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any supply or quality issues. **Cost Management & Negotiation:** * Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead time and payment terms to achieve cost savings and minimize risk. **Compliance & Process Improvement:** * Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. * Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and generate procurement reports for management. * Support audit processes and documentation requirements. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across the procurement function. **Education & Experience:** ·        Diploma in supply chain management, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field. ·        3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. ·        Strong negotiation and contract management skills. ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). ·        Excellent communication, organizational, follow up abilities and analytical skills * Ability to work in manufacturing and fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ******Additional Information****** ================================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
