If you are driven by a passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality, Anantara offers a career without limits. ### Key Responsibilities ### Spa Operations * Supervise the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Monitor treatment schedules, therapist assignments, and room availability to maximize productivity. * Ensure all spa facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. * Conduct opening and closing procedures in accordance with established standards. ### Guest Experience * Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring personalized, professional, and memorable spa experiences. * Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. * Ensure therapists consistently meet the hotel's service and grooming standards. * Promote guest loyalty by maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. ### Team Leadership * Supervise, coach, and motivate Spa Therapists and Spa Attendants. * Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates. * Assist with onboarding, training, and performance development of team members. * Foster teamwork and maintain a pos Not the right fit?  Set up email alerts as new job postings become available that meet your interest!
