******Job Description Summary****** =================================== **Job Description** =================== **Essential Responsibilities** Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair. * Follow work instructions to complete assigned tasks, which may include blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other production processes. * Ensure product quality standards are met while maintaining proper equipment care, production schedules, and workplace housekeeping. * Comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices. * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop. * Carry out other duties as assigned. **Qualifications/Requirements** * Secondary education or equivalent qualification. * NTC, ITE certification, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred. * Relevant experience in thermal spray, coating, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, turbine repair, or a related field is advantageous. * Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as structured on-the-job training will be provided. * Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation. * Willingness to work rotating shifts. ******Additional Information****** ================================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
