Specialist - HR Analyst

**Scope:** * We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. * In this role, you will leverage data analytics and technology to support HR initiatives, drive insights, enhance decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency. * A strong focus will be placed on using Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards that convey clear and actionable HR metrics **What you'll do:** * Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic HR initiatives. * Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key HR metrics, allowing stakeholders to track performance and make data-driven decisions. * Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively across the organization. * Work closely with HR team members to understand their reporting needs and provide analytical support for various HR projects. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and data validation processes. * Utilize analytical techniques to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate insights related to workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, and retention. * Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to HR leadership and other stakeholders, tailoring content to meet their specific needs. * Provide training and support to team members on using HR tools and interpreting analytical reports. * Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, reporting tools, and HR analytics methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Maintain thorough documentation of analytical methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team. **What we are looking for:** * 4.5 to 7 yrs of experience as HR Analyst * Proficiency in Power BI, including experience in creating reports and dashboards. * Familiarity with Workday and other HR technology tools. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Familiarity with data visualization best practices. * Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. **Our Values** If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
