You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.More Information (Japanese Only)・Department: Last Mile(AMZL)・Job:Business Planning・Location:Tokyo OfficeKey job responsibilities- Lead initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, identify key drivers of forecast error, and implement sustainable improvements to planning processes.- Analyze planning performance and clearly articulate key gaps, root causes, and business impacts to senior leaders, enabling data-driven decisions. - Actively manage the growth of the network and standardize processes - Clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track expectations- Own data quality and governance, drive standardization and unification of data sources, and establish reliable datasets for planning and reporting.- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, align stakeholders, manage timelines and dependencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
