****Specialist, Sales Support, Strategic Sales**** Workload - 60 - 100% ****Job Profile Summary** Supports the daily maintenance of the HubSpot CRM system to ensure data accuracy, basic reporting, and user adoption across sales operations. Assists with Compliance & Sustainability data gathering, including EcoVadis inquiries, while supporting ESA process improvements and administrative workflows under the guidance of senior team members.** ****Job Description**** * Maintain and update data within the HubSpot CRM to support accurate daily reporting and user adoption. * Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems and self-service repositories for ESA processes, utilizing existing automation tools. * Gather input from internal stakeholders and training teams to help identify basic learning needs and administrative gaps. * Generate routine sales operations reports and routine data extracts using standard CRM analytics tools. * Help communicate process or tool updates to sales teams, and assist sales reps with basic budget data entry and template updates. * Follow organizational compliance guidelines, business policies, and standard operating procedures across sales administrative tasks. * Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to pull routine sales performance data. * Support senior team members in collecting and organizing data required for Compliance & Sustainability reports, audits, and EcoVadis inquiries. ****Requirements & Competencies**** * Basic working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and general sales operations concepts. * Ability to work effectively under direct or moderate supervision, executing tasks using defined guidelines. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and a conscientious approach to meeting deadlines. * Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent entry-level professional experience. * Solid written and verbal communication skills. * Fluent in English and German; French language skills are a plus.
