* Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
* Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
* Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
* Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
