Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs 2\. Interact and engage with my customers 3\. Promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities 4\. Practice sport and inspire customers to join sports communities. 5\. Stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities related to their interests. 6\. Ensure my customer is satisfied 7\. Propose the right products & services depending on the needs of my customers 8\. Use all our channels (in-store, in, App) to satisfy the customer's needs 9\. Propose the relevant services to the customer (buyback, repair & maintenance, personalisation). 10\. Ensure a smooth checkout experience 11\. Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer sports practice experience 12\. Ensure product availability by doing reliable, up-to-date and responsible inventory to Support its omni channel availability. 13\. Ensure the signages are updated for the customers (Self-informed best choice) 14\. Ensure my customers can test all our solutions 15\. Suggest the best possible solution to my customer as per their need. 16\. Ensure all the necessary services for my sport are available to my customer 17\.
