Ssc HR Payroll Manager

**Position Summary** To lead and manage a team of payroll specialists to deliver the time & attendance and payroll services for the subsidiaries in SEAO region. The job incumbent is expected to manage the service delivery in meeting the subsidiaries’ HR’s expectations and service level agreements. **Role and Responsibilities** * To lead and direct the time & attendance and payroll service. * To manage the payroll team to ensure the shared service delivers payroll services that meet customer expectations and service level agreements. * To manage the payroll team to carry out the day-to-day processes for the provision of an effective, timely and accurate payroll service for the subsidiaries and in accordance with the appropriate HR policies, service standards, and performance requirements. * To oversee the training and development of the payroll team to promote knowledge transfer, develop skills and to provide stable resilience for the on-going operation the payroll service. * To ensure that all payroll controls, payroll compliance and all audit regulatory requirements are met. * Implementing changes as necessary for statutory updates and overseeing any projects to improve efficiency. * To manage on-going maintenance and development of the payroll system. **Skills and Qualifications** * Proven payroll experience in Shared Service Centre * Strong understanding and relevant experience in HRIS and Payroll system * Experience of working on and managing multiple payrolls, working towards multiple deadlines * Management and overseeing of a payroll team * Hands-on, willing to step in to process payroll if needed * Possess good knowledge and experience in SEA & Oceania regulatory requirements * Strong analytical and problem-solving kills * Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including subsidiaries’ HR, IT, and other relevant teams * Effective partnership working skills including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. \* Please visit [Samsung membership](https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp) to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
