Staff Accountant

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for spotting discrepancies, and are hungry to grow your career, we want to hear from you. **Location:** On-site in Austin, TX **What You’ll Do:** · Prepare financial reports and analyze variances · Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger for financial accuracy · Ensure compliance with GAAP · Perform month-end and year-end close processes · Help prepare for audits and manage supporting documentation · Oversee employee reimbursements and vendor setup · Support AP systems (Medius) and audit accounting software (Sage Intacct) · Assist with any ad-hoc projects that may arise **What You Bring:** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance · 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience · Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems · Knowledge of GAAP and month/year-end processes · Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills · Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and train others **Why DaBella?** We offer a growth-driven culture, a collaborative team, and the chance to make a real impact.
