Staff Engineer ERP Workday

### REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience 6+ years * Strong experience in Workday Integration Development and Support. * Hands-on experience with Workday HCM / Workday Financials. * Strong expertise in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), including User Template Fill-in, Mass Upload, and Outbound Integrations. * Experience developing and supporting Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio Integrations, and Document Transformation. * Strong knowledge of Workday Financials (Mandatory). * Experience with Workday Business Process Configuration. * Hands-on experience in Workday Report Writer and BIRT report development. * Good understanding of Workday Security Profiles and security framework. * Experience supporting existing Workday functional and integration solutions. * Experience uploading and maintaining Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations. * Knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management System (EMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred. * Experience working with ITSM processes and support models. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional IT teams. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support and enhancement environment. * Availability to work during US business hour overlap. * Preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. ### RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, develop, enhance, and support **Workday integrations** across HCM and Financial applications. * Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for **Workday Integrations** and related technical solutions. * Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using **EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation**. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions. * Develop and maintain **Workday Reports** and **BIRT reports** to support business reporting needs. * Configure and maintain **Workday Business Processes** and related technical components. * Upload and maintain Workday content, including questionnaires, onboarding content, and other configuration data. * Support existing Workday functional processes, integrations, and technical enhancements. * Configure and maintain **Workday Security Profiles** while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, reporting, and production support issues. * Monitor Workday releases and evaluate new features for technical adoption and continuous improvement. * Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, support documents, and deployment procedures. * Participate in system testing, integration validation, defect resolution, and production deployments. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and support activities. * Follow ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management. * Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for Workday integration and technical architecture.
