Stock Controller - Las Rozas

**Profile:** The Stock Controller plays a key role within the boutique, ensuring accurate inventory management and supporting the overall efficiency of store operations. Acting as a trusted partner to both the sales team and retail management, this position helps maintain optimal stock availability while delivering the high operational standards expected in a luxury retail environment. **Role Responsibilities:** * Manage the receipt, verification, and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Ensure stock accuracy between physical inventory and system records, investigating and resolving discrepancies when necessary. * Execute and support cycle counts and annual inventory activities in line with company procedures. * Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and support sales performance. * Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and store teams to ensure efficient product flow. * Manage inter-store transfers, customer returns, repairs, and other stock movements. * Maintain an organized, secure, and efficient stockroom in accordance with brand standards. * Track stock-related KPIs and support the preparation of inventory reports. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of stock management processes and operational efficiency. **Qualifications:** The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in stock management or inventory control within the luxury, premium, or fashion retail sector. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
