Storage Migration Project Lead

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project: * Coordinate large scale storage migration initiatives in a financial enterprise environment, supporting secure NAS migration, business continuity and operational stability. * Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, Release Management and project leads to track delivery against agreed timelines. * Maintain and develop Power BI reporting to show migration status and project performance. Responsibilities: * Lead the Business Analysts team and plan storage migration activities. * Participate in and lead NAS migration initiatives. * Collaborate with Release Management and communicate with stakeholders daily. * Own, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards. * Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, follow up on requests from management and Project Managers, and monitor progress with regular status updates. Work model and offer: * Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week in the office. * Flexible organization, international English speaking environment, Scandinavian culture, work life balance, Jit financed training and regular integration meetings. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Strong knowledge of NAS technologies, including CIFS, SMB and NFS. * Experience with NAS migrations, storage environments and migration processes. * Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI for reporting and dashboard management. * Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Fluent written and spoken English.
