Store Worker Leader

Major Duties: - As a Store Worker Leader, you will answer worker's questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directive. - Recommend to the supervisor the scheduling of personnel to meet changing and or seasonal workload requirements. - Promote the participation of employees in the suggestion program, cost reduction measures, etc. - Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when assisting customers.
