The Strategic Assistant (f/m/x) acts as a trusted partner to the Head of HR COM, translating the segment HR strategy into actionable execution and aligning the HR leadership agenda with ZEISS objectives.
**Your role**
* Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head of HR on segment priorities, risks and opportunities, and organizational priorities
* Drive executive of key HR initiatives, ensuring actions, milestones and owners are clear
* Prepare executive materials: presentations, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership reviews
* Coordinate cross-functional projects with HR BMs, Head of CoE, Finance, Central HR, and business leaders; monitor progress
* Track progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues to enable timely decisions
* Gatekeep priorities and communications and support change management
* Prepare and coordinate HR offsites and HR townhalls and team meetings
* Build and maintain a global HR VIS network and foster collaboration across HR country teams
**Your profile**

* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Strategic Human Resources or Organizational Development.
* Profound professional experience in HR strategy and transformation, including relevant experience gained at a leading management consultancy
* Proven track record in lateral leadership and delivering complex, cross-functional programs
* Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
* Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with strategic, innovative thinking
* Clear, concise executive communication and presentation skills, thriving in agile, networked teams
* High resilience and discretion; excels in sensitive or confidential contexts
