In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Conduct industry, market, and competitor research with a focus on fintech trend and AI strategy * AI adaption to enhance workflow efficiency for firmwide initiatives * Support corporate strategy, business planning and change-management processes * Track business performance metrics and prepare analytical reports * Assist in financial analysis and investment evaluation * Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders _**Qualifications:**_ Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field. * 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally within large-scale financial institutions. * Proven track record or exposure to investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office, digital transformation, or IT business partnering. Professional & Technical Skills * Analytical & Digital Capabilities: Strong analytical and research skills. Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Generative AI, data analysis) to drive operational efficiency and generate business insights. * Industry Knowledge: Keen interest in FinTech trends and digital transformation within the financial services sector. * Language & Market Acumen: Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Familiarity with the Chinese business landscape; experience in cross-border projects or overseas business is a strong plus.
