In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Conduct macro, industry and competitor analysis and research * Execute corporate strategy and business planning projects * Initiate, evaluate and manage business and capital alliance projects * Support management of overseas subsidiaries as well as new market entry * Monitor business KPIs and performance, manage new business initiatives * Prepare executive-level reports and presentations in English and Chinese, for regulators, industry association, headquarter leadership and internal use _**Qualifications:**_ Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree or above with 8–12 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategy, or executive office roles. * Deep understanding of securities businesses (e.g., IBD, Equities, FICC, Wealth/Asset Management). Professional Skills * Strong financial analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. * Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with excellent presentation skills; overseas project exposure is a plus. * Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
