We are building a high-performing remote team to support estimating, design, and project delivery. ### Role We are looking for a Structural Engineer with real experience in roads and bridges design. This is not an entry-level or support role. You will be responsible for producing actual engineering work, including calculations and design. This role is execution-focused. You are expected to work independently, solve problems, and deliver results. ### Responsibilities * Perform structural design and analysis for roads, bridges, and civil infrastructure * Prepare and review engineering calculations and design outputs * Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements * Support projects from design through execution * Coordinate with estimating, project management, and field teams * Identify and solve engineering problems independently * Ensure accuracy and quality of all engineering deliverables ### Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering * Minimum 5 years experience (10+ preferred) in structural design * Experience in road and bridge design * Strong understanding of structural engineering principles * Ability to perform calculations and technical analysis * Experience in construction or design environments * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Must be able to work in U.S. EST business hours * Reliable internet connection ### Compensation & Benefits * Competitive monthly pay (based on experience) * Long-term opportunity with growth Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
