Structured Finance Analyst Country: **Opportunities In:** * Digital * Infrastructure * Tax Equity * Energy **The Difference You Make:** The CIB Structured Finance-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management. * Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters. * Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint. * Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel. * Performs transaction due diligence. * Ensures compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations. * Researches and analyzes industries and market data. **What You Bring:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
