**Your role:**
Be part of a team that helps deliver critical capability to the Australian Defence Force. As a Contract Specialist, you'll work closely with Program Managers, Commercial Managers and key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of Defence contracts and commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will:
* Support the administration and management of Defence contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Coordinate contract deliverables, customer correspondence, reports and governance requirements.
* Develop contract change proposals and ad hoc services submissions.
* Maintain accurate contract records, registers and management tools.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support program success.
* Contribute to contract reviews, continuous improvement initiatives and compliance activities.

**About you:**
You are a proactive and detail-oriented contracts professional who enjoys collaborating with others, managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes.
You'll bring:
* A degree in Business, Law or a related discipline.
* Experience in contract administration or commercial support.
* Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
* The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience within Defence.
_Defence industry, ASDEFCON contracting or aviation environments will be highly regarded. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance is essential._
