In this role, you will champion our laboratory automation software solutions and serve as the vital link between Product Owners, Development, Commissioning, Sales, and Engineering teams. **Your responsibilities** * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QCX projects throughout all phases of execution. * Support project engineering, commissioning, and system start-up at customer sites, including international travel when required. * Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve and enhance the QCX product portfolio. * Contribute to development, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and other technical improvement initiatives. * Share customer feedback and field experience to help shape future product development. * Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer discussions, proposal preparation, and project risk assessments. * Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and technical consultations, with a focus on the DACH region. * Mentor and support fellow engineers, helping to strengthen technical knowledge across the team. **About the department** As our laboratory automation SME, you will join a dynamic, highly experienced team spread across key global locations, including Denmark, India, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the USA. In this role, you will thrive in a truly international environment and gain firsthand experience collaborating with diverse cultures from all corners of the globe. **What you bring** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related technical discipline. * Proven experience in industrial automation, process control, or control system engineering. * Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting industrial control systems. * Strong understanding of software-driven automation solutions and system integration. * Experience working collaboratively with product development or R&D teams is highly desirable. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. * Willingness to travel internationally to support customers and project execution. **​****The Ideal Candidate** As our ideal candidate, you possess a deep technical foundation in laboratory automation, with proven expertise in PC networks, SQL, software architecture, and coding. The annual gross salary range for this position is 80 000 - 100 000 EUR annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the role.
