Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Operations manager** located in Guadalajara, North Campus._ _Reporting to Sr Operation Manager, **Operations manager** this role involves_ _overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals._ **What a typical day looks like:** * Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels. * Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI. * Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints. * Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence. * Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices. * Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to. * Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews. * Coach and mentor Operations team. * Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes. * Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. * Provide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort  * Provide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product.  **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Completed education. * Experience as a Production Superintendent. * Knowledge of 5S methodology. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Knowledge of 4Q (Excel). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools. * Experience with SMT, Backend, and Box Build processes. * Follow-up on Work Order closures. * English: intermediate * Experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams (CFTs). * Availability to work flexible schedules **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
