Supervisor Field Construction

**Service Center** CSCS MI **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee repair and maintenance activities for company facilities throughout the assigned region. * Manage facility improvement and capital construction projects from planning through completion. * Supervise contractors and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. * Conduct regular visits to company locations to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs. * Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to prioritize and complete projects. * Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with field operations and business partners. **Qualifications** * Experience in facilities management, construction, project management, or a related field preferred. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * **Approximately 60% travel is required** throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, including overnight travel as needed. * Must be able to travel by both automobile and commercial airline. * Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. **Caliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.**  **Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.**
