Supervisor Field Service

**Field Service Supervisor** to lead and develop a team of approximately **10 to 20 field service engineers**, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery to our customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the daily operations of the Field Service team, ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget. * Monitor team performance through KPI benchmarking, utilization levels, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Act as a key partner to stakeholders such as scheduling, technical support, and business units. * Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, certifications, performance evaluations, and other personnel actions in alignment with the Field Service Manager. * Support the development of team members through mentoring and skill enhancement. * Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to optimize processes and Field Service activities. * Lead by example, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
