Supervisor Field Service

Lead a team of Technicians based in Auckland and servicing accounts across New Zealand in a dynamic and collaborative environment to provide best quality, exceptional support and time effective resolutions and preventative maintenance programs. * Penrose, Auckland NZ. * Industry Leading Multinational Company. * 50+ years of direct representation in Australia. * Leading a Team of up to Three (3) Technicians servicing accounts across New Zealand. * To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to: * Be comfortable in a diverse range of manufacturing environments. * Have the skills required to set, evaluate and drive the team KPI’s to required targets. * Be suited to a team environment but have the self-discipline and skills to manage an autonomous workspace. * Be able and willing to travel. * Adaptable and Flexible, the candidate will be part of a wider regional team, dedicated to providing strong service support. * Familiarity with Fluid Processing systems from a mechanical and controls perspective would be well regarded. * Attractive Remuneration Package: * Vehicle (Typically SUV or Dual Cab). * Bonus. * Overtime. * Super and other statutory requirements. * Permanent Full-Time Position.
