About the Position: This is a Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist located at Guthrie Army Health Clinic at Fort Drum, New York. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation is available for those new to Federal employment. Major Duties: - Independently perform complex and highly specialized procedures for sections of the Radiology Department. - Maintain staffing levels, develops, and evaluates performance improvement, safety, quality and regulatory standards. - Supervise assigned employees, plans work to be accomplished by subordinates. - Interview candidates for positions, recommend appointments, promotion, or reassignment. - Serve as Supervisor and Senior Technologist of the Department of Radiology. - Demonstrate to new staff/students on the proper use and methods associated with equipment and their associated software.
