Job Summary ----------- **岗位职责（****Responsibilities****）** **1\.** **供应商开发与认证（****Supplier Qualification & Development****）** * 主导新供应商审核、评估及认证流程。 * 推动供应商持续改善项目，不断提升其质量体系及制造能力。 **2\.** **来料质量管理与问题解决（****Incoming Quality Control & Problem Solving****）** * 负责来料质量控制（IQC）流程管理，并处理供应商相关质量缺陷问题。 * 主导根本原因分析（Root Cause Analysis），并运用8D、5Why、SPC等质量工具推动纠正及预防措施（CAPA）的落实，解决供应商质量异常。 **3\.** **先期产品质量策划（****APQP****）** * 与供应商协作开展APQP活动。 * 审核并批准关键质量文件，包括： * FMEA（失效模式与影响分析） * Control Plan（控制计划） * PPAP（生产件批准程序）等。 **4\.** **供应商绩效监控与关系管理（****Performance Monitoring & Relationship Management****）** * 监控并定期汇报供应商质量绩效指标，例如： * DPPM（百万件缺陷数） * PPM（百万件不良率） * Yield Rate（良率） * 作为供应商质量管理的主要窗口，建立并维护良好的合作关系和沟通机制。 **5\.** **图纸与技术规范审核（****Drawing & Specification Review****）** * 审核并确认供应商对工程图纸、技术规格及质量要求的理解与执行情况，确保符合要求。 **6\.** **出差要求** * 根据业务需要接受海外出差。 **任职资格（****Qualifications****）** * 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、机电一体化或相关工程专业。 * 具备良好的英语读写能力。 * 具备优秀的供应商沟通与协调能力。 * 具备质量数据分析及质量报告编制能力。 * 有大功率电源产品相关经验者优先，包括但不限于： * PSU（Power Supply Unit，电源模块） * BBU（Battery Backup Unit，备用电池单元） * Power Shelf（电源架）等。 * 具备良好的职业素养，工作有条理，团队合作意识强，能够灵活应对变化，积极主动且具有工作热情。 Job Category ------------ Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
