Job Description
**What You Will Do:**
---------------------
* Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with AS 9100 standards and Woodward-specific requirements.
* Collaborate with customers and Woodward colleagues to communicate and enforce quality requirements to Woodward suppliers.
* Utilize tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FAI to ensure the seamless launch of Woodward projects with suppliers.
* Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues through data analysis and the application of RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) methodologies.
* Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.
* Partner with sourcing teams to evaluate and develop supplier capabilities while maintaining accurate quality records.
* Travel domestically and internationally to conduct audits and support supplier improvement activities.
* Participate in and management of upcoming projects as the responsible person from the SQE site, including internal transition, PTP, and others.
**What You Need:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field).
* 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing (preferably in the aerospace industry).
* Fluency in English and Polish is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
* Solid understanding of AS 9100 and NADCAP requirements.
* Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, risk analysis, and root cause analysis.
* Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and leading supplier improvement projects.
* Expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
* Knowledge and experience in special processes, both technically and in auditing.
