Supplier Quality Inspector

**Location****: Seoul & Busan** **Essential responsibilities**: * Drive a strong EHS culture throughout the supply base and within the team * Identify and lead supplier development programs to continuously improve supplier performance * Develop and execute audit schedules for both quality and EHS * Supervise detailed Root Cause Analysis when issues arise, drive preventative actions that ensure issues don’t re-occur * Establish and monitor the supplier qualifications program * Work closely with Supplier Quality engineer to resolve the issues * Identify and execute process simplification ideas to improve the efficiency * Experienced in casting, forging, welding, machining & NDT process and able to perform inspections. **Qualification:** * Degree/Diploma in a technical/Engineering subject * 5+ years’ experience in Engineering/Quality/Project * Ability to read technical documents/drawings/specifications * Strong process/products/project experience on Steam Turbine/Turbo Generator and welding fabrication * NDT level-2 in UT, MT, PT & VT as per ISO9217 or ASNT * Fluent in English **Desired characteristics:** * High motivation, leadership, and influencing skills * Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills * Proactive self-starter and change agent & Ability to work under stress environment * Cross functional, ability to work on matrix environment, and international team experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Effectively communicate across all organizational levels, departments, and functions * Proven project management and process improvement skills * Aptitude with analytical tools (ex.
