Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Supply Chain Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North.**_ _Reporting to the Sr Director, Supply Chain Management, the Supply Chain Manager role will be_ _responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management.  In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic_ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations._  * _Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration._  * _Checks materials related to data research._  * _Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals._  * _Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area._  * _Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors._  * _Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive._  **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_ * _Solid experience in supply chain management and operations within a manufacturing environment, including inventory control, demand and materials planning, purchasing, materials management, material flow, customer requirements, manufacturing support, logistics, and operational execution._ * _Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional work teams and interacting effectively with internal stakeholders, executives, customers, and suppliers._ * _Demonstrated negotiation skills in achieving favorable cost and service provisions._ * _Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally across multiple geographic regions and business levels._ * _Candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office applications._ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
