At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength.** As a **Supply Chain Quality Manager – High-Volume Parts (m/f/d)**, you will play a key role in driving quality excellence and quality improvement across our global value chain for high volume **turbocharger parts**. This role goes beyond managing current quality management — you will actively shape and implement quality assurance processes, that strengthen supply chain quality and resilience to create long-term value. If you are proactive, thrive in international environments, and are motivated by making a measurable impact, we look forward to connecting with you. **Your Responsibilities:** _Quality Strategy_ * Develop and implement robust supply chain quality strategy, framework and processes for high-volume manufacturing environment (PPAP). _Quality Assurance_  * Define and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation (e.g., control plans, work instructions). * Establish and manage quality gates and processes with suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Lead process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure production readiness. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Suppliers, Quality Inspection, Logistics and Production) to ensure quality requirements are met. * Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks early in the supply process, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to enhance part quality. * Serve as the quality representative for high volume parts, ensuring early integration of quality standards and effective use of lessons learned. * Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. _Quality Performance_ * Establish statistical process control methods and monitor key quality metrics. _Quality Continuous Improvement_ * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. * Manage non-conformance processes and implement corrective and preventive actions. **Your Background:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field. * Several years of experience in quality engineering within high-volume manufacturing environment. * Experience with process validation and industrialization. * Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP,  Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Proactive, self-driven, and accountable - you identify opportunities, take ownership, and deliver measurable improvements. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels. * Fluent in English and German. * Willingness to travel internationally, up to 10%. **Your Benefits:** * Canteen. * Childcare. * Modern office, smart working. * Flexible working model. * Attractive holiday plan. * Employee assistance program. **We look forward to receiving your application.
