Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Supply Chain Solution Analyst** located in **Guadalajara North** Reporting to the **Sr Manager Supply Chain**, the **Supply Chain Solution Analyst’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Leverage data & automation tools: Utilize SQL, Excel/VBA, Power BI, and Tableau to extract, automate, and analyze large datasets. * Optimize end-to-end warehouse flows: Manage material movement from inbound receiving to production line feeding, ensuring accurate physical and system inventory control (slotting, FIFO, cycle counts). * Drive KPI-based decisions: Build real-time dashboards tracking warehouse metrics (IRA, turnover, capacity, cost allocation, fulfillment time) to enable data-driven operational improvements. * Work on issues of diverse scope where investigation of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including comprehension of current business trends.  * May coach or provide guidance to lower-level members of the team. * Interfaces with customers or suppliers in new project start-up.  * Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.  * Tracks materials financial performance (E&O, Aging, DoS) and initiate corrective actions when required.  * Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.  **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Advanced English. * Bachelor’s Degree. * SQL, Excel/VBA, Power BI * Ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance ### EM57 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
