Accident Frequency Rate < 0.25, Accident Severity rate <100* Near miss and abnormality identification and do corrective actions within 7 days. * Ensure 100% adherence to safety training to new employees before assigning responsibilities * Ensure 100% investigation of incidents / near miss within 48 hours in the unit * Ensure that identified risks are reviewed on a monthly basis.
