Support Pharmacist - Allcare Clearwater Finglas

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Support** **Pharmacist** to join the team in our **Allcare Clearwater** **Pharmacy in Finglas.** This is a **40-hour** ****S**pecific Purpose cover** position with the store's opening hours operating between **9 a.m.** **to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.** **This role offers double cover 4 days a week.** The team currently comprises a **Store Manager, an Assistant Store Manager, 1 Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Relief Pharmacist, 3 Technicians and 5 Healthcare Advisors.** This store has **manageable items and services.** **What we offer:** * Reimbursement PSI fees annually * Funding of vaccination training. * A Pension Scheme with a company contribution of up to 7% of the annual salary * CPD hours allowance annually * Premium Rate on Sunday Shifts (1.5 x Normal Rate) * Refer a Friend Policy for eligible roles (Up to 2000 euros) * Employee Assistance Programme with Spectrum Life Wellbeing Platform * Relief - mileage coverage outside of base store  **Responsibilities:** * Be responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary * Take final responsibility within the store for Stock Management specifically relating to, purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking and stocktaking * Take final responsibility for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to * Take final responsibility for Pharmacy Presentation Standards **Requirements:** * Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy * Have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task * Must be capable of working on own initiative * Drive business within the dispensary and store * Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities * Proactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times **_If you would be interested in being considered for current or future vacancies within a Pharmacist role, please apply or declare your interest to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Danielle Gillen at [email protected]_** #allcare
