Support Software Lifecycle IT Analyst

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project and responsibilities: * Support a financial project focused on Software Lifecycle Management and high-quality lifecycle data across Service Areas. * Maintain and develop the Software Lifecycle Management process and services. * Analyze obsolete software and support mitigation activities to reduce related risks. * Cooperate with application owners, architects, and stakeholders. * Participate in lifecycle audits and compliance initiatives. * Prepare lifecycle reports, analyses, and recommendations. Work model and benefits: * Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with two or three days per week in the office. * Flexible work organization, Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and daily English in an international environment. * Training financed by Jit and regular integration meetings through the Jit community. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Proven experience in Software Asset Management, Software Lifecycle Management, or a related area. * Strong understanding of software lifecycle activities, governance, and software and hardware technology environments. * Good knowledge of architecture principles, software processes, and governance frameworks. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented approach and a can-do attitude. * Professional English proficiency in writing and speaking, plus strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
