Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Manage complete MEP execution for commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects. * Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals. * Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utility services. * Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, statutory requirements, and quality standards. * Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of milestones. * Review shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests. * Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities. * Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, National Electrical Code, and Fire & Safety regulations. * Prepare progress reports, MIS, project schedules, and budget monitoring reports. * Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary clashes. * Ensure adherence to EHS standards and project quality requirements. * Lead and mentor site engineers and MEP supervisors.
