Drive your success at DrinkPAK, where we refresh, hydrate and nourish the world and our employees alike. **POSITION DESCRIPTION**: DrinkPAK is seeking an SVP, Finance to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function during a period of rapid company growth across three manufacturing sites (Santa Clarita, CA; Fort Worth, TX; and a new facility under construction in Philadelphia, PA). Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader will build and run the FP&A organization, serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership, and support the CFO in managing the company's financing activities, including existing loan facilities and equipment financing arrangements. The role will also partner closely with the SVP of Accounting, providing accounting-related consultation and ensuring alignment between FP&A and Accounting as the company scales its financial infrastructure, and will support the Chief Strategy Officer on strategic initiatives across the business.   This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-growing, multi-site manufacturing environment and is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. **LOCATION:** The position is fully on-site, based at DrinkPAK's DP3 facility in Pennsylvania. **TYPE:** Full-time, Regular.   **​****BENEFITS:** The well-being of our team members and their families is critically important to us. As part of this commitment, we offer: * PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees AND their dependents, 100% paid by the Company * A cell phone stipend * Annual discretionary bonus * 401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more   **Key Responsibilities** **FP&A Leadership** * Lead and grow the FP&A function, currently comprised of a Director, FP&A and an Analyst, FP&A, with continued build-out expected as the company scales. * Own the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning across all three sites. * Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reporting and variance analysis to the CFO and executive leadership team. * Develop and maintain financial models supporting capital planning, new site ramp-up (including the Philadelphia expansion), and revenue growth scenarios. * Establish KPIs and management reporting packages that give operational and executive leaders clear visibility into business performance. * Support board-level and investor reporting materials in partnership with the CFO.   **Financing & Capital Structure** * Support the CFO in managing DrinkPAK's financing relationships, including existing loan facilities and equipment financing arrangements. * Monitor covenant compliance, lender reporting requirements, and financing-related deliverables. * Evaluate financing options to support ongoing capital expenditures, including equipment purchases and the PA facility build-out. * Support the CFO with banking relationships, debt refinancing, and future capital raises as the company scales.   **Accounting Partnership** * Provide accounting-related consultation and support to the SVP of Accounting on technical and operational matters as needed. * Help ensure alignment between FP&A outputs and the underlying accounting close, particularly around fixed assets, CIP, and capital project accounting relevant to financing activity. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to ensure consistency between financial planning and financial reporting.   **Strategic Partnership** * Support the Chief Strategy Officer on strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis and modeling to support key strategic decisions. * Translate strategic priorities into financial plans and resource allocation recommendations in coordination with the FP&A team.   **Leadership & Team Development** * Directly manage and develop the Director, FP&A and Analyst, FP&A, with responsibility for hiring and structuring the team as it grows. * Establish FP&A processes, tools, and standard operating procedures appropriate for a multi-site, high-growth manufacturing organization. * Act as a key member of the Finance & Strategy leadership team alongside the SVP of Accounting and Corporate Controller. _Please note this job description is designed to contain a partial list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time, with or without prior notice._ **Qualifications** * At least +10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with meaningful exposure to FP&A. * Prior experience managing or building an FP&A function, ideally within a manufacturing, consumer products, or multi-site operating environment. * Direct experience with corporate financing activities, such as loan facilities, equipment financing, or lender relationship management. * Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with experience managing managers and individual contributors. * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes and systems.   **Preferred** * MBA and/or CPA preferred. * Experience in a co-manufacturing, beverage, or food and beverage manufacturing environment. * Experience supporting capital-intensive growth, including new facility build-outs or major capital expenditure programs. **OUR VALUES** Our company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
