**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Key responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for new and existing applications and systems architecture. * Lead technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery of robust software outcomes. * Apply security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility. * Build integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components. * Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement. Work arrangement: * Hybrid role in Wrocław with at least three days per week in the office. * Ability to join the team no later than 1 October 2026 is required. Benefits: * Annual bonus, equity grant, employee stock purchase plan, and PPK pension plan. * Additional days off, tenure-based vacation, volunteering leave, and up to 20 days per year of work from almost anywhere. * Health insurance, mental health support, mentoring, e-learning access, and office snacks and fresh fruit. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Required qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Strong software development experience with Python for scalable backend services, integrations, and data-driven applications. * Strong SQL skills for working with structured enterprise data. * Experience building and integrating APIs, services, or platform components, including data pipelines, transformation, and validation. * Experience delivering or integrating AI and ML-enabled solutions in production or near-production environments. * Clear communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.
