Explore creative opportunities for next-gen payments experiences that leverage the depth of [Stripe](https://himalayas.app/companies/stripe)'s payment technology. * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as product, design, infrastructure, marketing, and operations. * Develop and execute against both short- and long-term roadmaps. * Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation. * Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter. ### **Who you are** ### **Minimum requirements** Must have a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in software development. Must also have 3 years of experience in each of the following: * Programming Languages Ruby and Java. * Javascript or Typescript. * Designing, building, and maintaining robust, versioned RESTful or GraphQL APIs that support both internal and external consumers. * Working with NoSQL databases including Mongo. * Automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to uphold high engineering standards and code quality. * Development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of software products and features. ### Salary: $161,637 - $213,800.00 /yr. This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary. ### 40 hrs/week ### 100% Telecommuting permitted. ### Multiple positions available.
