To ensure that calls are handled appropriately and ensure proper code notifications. Greet and direct patients and visitors. **Essential Functions** * Answer Code Line * Answer consoles and all telephones in Department * Provide information as requested **Qualifications** * High School Required * Operator Console (Nortel m2250) Digital Telephone (Nortel m3900 series phones: m3900 and 2000 series) Analog telephones 2500 series telephones Analalog Teledex Telephone Mobile devices Flip phone and Smart Phone Beeper/Pager (One-way Alphanumeric) Personal Computer, Laptop Computer Printer (usage and simple troubleshooting including changing toner and adding paper) AIO - All In One/Multifunction - Printer, copier, scanner and facsimile (usage of all functions and simple troubleshooting including changing toner and adding paper) Alarm Panels Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital is an equal employment opportunity employer.
