System Engineer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Responsibilities * Overseeing and maintaining multiple on-premises and cloud data centers to ensure optimal performance and scalability. * Managing and optimizing virtualization platforms for high availability and performance. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, ensuring smooth operations and system reliability. * Managing and maintaining MSSQL Servers and NAS storage to support business-critical applications. * Implementing security best practices, maintaining data security devices and solutions, and ensuring IT infrastructure compliance with PCI and ISO standards. Conduct regular system audits. * Proactively monitoring hardware and system software. Implement and manage system monitoring and alerting tools. * Troubleshooting IT related incidents and problems, ensuring minimal downtimes for business-critical applications. * Managing and maintaining access infrastructure, managing user accounts and access rights. * Managing IT infrastructure projects with in-house and outsourced teams, participating in other departments projects to ensure efficient delivery of IT infrastructure tasks. Provide project updates to management. * Defining and implementing standards for office infrastructure, employee equipment, and workplace IT solutions. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Must have requirements * Experience in similar roles managing IT infrastructure for 10+ years. * University degree in technical science or related field. - Experience with on premise and cloud data centers, including physical and virtual infrastructure components. * Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, best practices, backup and recovery solutions. * Strong expertise in Windows and Linux server administration. * Working experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and automation. * Web server experience (IIS and Apache). * Working experience with antivirus, monitoring and alerting systems. * Proficiency in ticketing systems. * Knowledge of security frameworks (PCI, ISO), endpoint protection, security segmentation and server hardening. * Working knowledge of MSSQL server (services, security concepts, failover, backup and recovery). * Strong expertise in troubleshooting and supporting IT infrastructure and services (DNS, SMTP, NTP, syslog, etc.). * Deep understanding of the OSI model, IP networking, IP subnetting, VLANs, VPN, NAT, firewall, etc. and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues in multiple data centers environment. * Understanding of CI/CD models and change management processes. * Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. **Czego wymagamy?** 10 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Linux * Windows * PCI * ISO * Azure Języki: * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 14.3k–17.8k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * Umowa o pracę - Stałe godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Możliwa w całości * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy * Kawa / Herbata **Kim jesteśmy?** Andersen – your global software development partner Andersen is a global software development company with over 18 years of experience supporting businesses worldwide in their digital transformation.
