System Test Engineer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Analyze system and design requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and test cases in line with ASPICE processes * Prepare and maintain HIL-based test plans for system, integration, and functional verification activities * Design and execute System Qualification Tests, Hardware-Software Integration Tests, and System Element Integration Tests * Perform test execution, analyze results, and ensure adequate test coverage * Identify, document, and track hardware and software defects through resolution * Collaborate closely with development teams to investigate issues and validate fixes * Support release activities by preparing release verification tests and test summary reports * Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods, tools, and processes * Work on testing power electronics inverters and other key BEV vehicle components using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments * Work model: hybrid from Kraków (3 days per week from the office), second shift (16:00–22:00) **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field * Basic knowledge of microcontroller hardware, electric motors, automotive electronics, and electrical circuits * Understanding of automotive communication protocols, including CAN * Good knowledge of C and Python, with basic understanding of MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape models * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Fluency in English * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Nice to have: * CANoe, CANape, TraceTronic ECU-Test, NI VeriStand, TestStand, ControlDesk NG, ConfigurationDesk NG, Jira, Polarion, Plastic SCM, Bitbucket * Knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity) * Knowledge of AUTOSAR concepts and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing * German and/or French language **Czego wymagamy?** 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Python * C * CAN * Test automation Mile widziane: * MATLAB * Autosar * Jira Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 11.4k–16.8k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Stałe godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo **Kim jesteśmy?** We provide complete software development teams, who will take complex care of your software.
