Systems Analyst - Post-Trade Systems - IT

**Location:** CN-Shenzhen-HyQ **Shift:** Standard - 40 Hours (China) **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 **Worker Type:** Permanent **Job Summary:** IT Post-Trade Systems department is looking for an experienced IT professional to develop and maintain its Derivatives Clearing systems. **Job Duties:** **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services for Post-Trade systems. * Participate in system development activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and implementation. * Develop and maintain automated testing tools. * Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities. * Investigate and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents. * Collaborate with business users to deliver technology solutions that meet business requirements. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support materials. * Support production releases, system monitoring, and on-call activities when required. * Contribute to system performance tuning, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application development (SDLC), preferably within the financial industry, including a proven track record of participating in medium to large scale projects. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of System Analyst. * **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JavaScript, Python, object-oriented design principles, and database technologies on Linux platforms.
