Systems Development Manager – Avp – Post-Trade Systems – IT – 12months Contract

Applications make up several specialized teams that have in-depth technology knowhow to support the on-going maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements and the development of next generation HKEX platforms. **Job Duties:** The incumbent will be responsible for IT project implementation and application development on Post - Trade Systems. The candidate should be an experienced IT professional with experience gained in the implementation of critical application systems on Linux platform and Cloud infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for system development and project implementation activities including the business requirement analysis, application development, system testing and documentation. * Design and develop systems with modern technologies, eg Cloud and containers. * Collaborate with teams across IT and business departments in various aspects. * Provide production system support and performance tuning work * Work closely with mainland colleagues and travel to Shenzhen occasionally * Undertake any other assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development in large scale systems and mission critical in nature. * Solid knowledge in Linux, Database, CI/CD and Cloud technologies. * Strong skills of programming languages: Java, Javascript, SQL and shell programming. * Experience in OpenAPI and application security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API * Proficiency in SDLC methodology and documentation. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * ecurity, etc.) will be an advantage. * Good analytic mind, self-motivated and able to work independently. _HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
