Tableau Business Analyst

### This is a remote position. We are looking for a Tableau Business Analyst to support the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in a business-facing environment. The role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting the design and validation of Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Gather and document business requirements * Analyse business processes and identify reporting needs * Work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams * Translate business requirements into functional specifications * Support the design and development of Tableau dashboards * Validate delivered solutions with business users * Perform data analysis to support business decisions * Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions * Create clear documentation including user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria * Support UAT activities and coordinate feedback ### Requirements * Commercial experience as a Business Analyst * Hands on experience with Tableau * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements * Strong stakeholder management skills * Experience working with reporting and analytics projects * Understanding of data models and SQL * Excellent communication skills * Fluent English **Nice to Have** * Experience in Agile environments * Experience with Jira and Confluence * Experience in financial services or consulting * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI platforms * Data warehousing knowledge ### Benefits * Solid, competitive salary * Work in a multinational environment on international projects * Comprehensive healthcare * Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
