**What the Job Is About** As an Area Trainer, you will help support and develop new and current ALTs while contributing to the overall quality of HEART’s training and school support. This role is a strong next step for candidates who want to use their experience to guide others and take on more responsibility in the field. **Main Responsibilities** * Train and support new and current ALTs * Conduct classroom observations and coaching * Deliver online and in-person training * Support professional development * Assist with training materials and programs * Provide substitute teaching support when needed **Conditions** * **Location:** Fukuoka Area / Kanto Area * **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00–17:00 * **Compensation:** Starting at **¥250,000 per month**, with opportunities for salary growth based on experience.
