This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. **What are you accountable for?** --------------------------------- * **Screen resumes and application forms** to identify suitable candidates for various internship and entry-level roles. * **Schedule and coordinate interviews** between candidates and hiring managers. * **Communicate with candidates**, providing timely updates and answering basic queries on their application status. * **Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)** with accurate candidate records and recruitment progress. * Provide general operational support in recruitment-related activities as needed. **Who are we looking for?** --------------------------- * Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields**. * **Outspoken, confident, and passionate about people engagement** and talent experience. * Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn. **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Internship opportunities available for candidates who can start immediately, with a duration of up to **6 months** * Applicants **must include their availability period clearly in their CV**. * Due to the high volume of applications, **only shortlisted applicants will be contacted**. **What’s next?** * Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
