Talent Acquisition Lead

### Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor the TA team through coaching, support, and best-practice guidance. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hard-to-fill and critical roles with a focus on quality and efficiency. * Initiate and contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media, career sites, and recruitment campaigns. * Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruitment strategies. * Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement. * Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing hiring decisions. * Leverage external recruitment tools and ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels. * Support TA leadership in refining processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and hiring quality. * Utilize recruitment tools and social platforms and help organize career fairs when needed. * Perform other duties as required by business needs Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
