**Key Accountability:**
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, Administrative functions.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market intelligence.
* Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, networking & recruitment agencies.
* Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews & assessment of technical and behavioral fit.
* Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
* Drive salary negotiations while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday.
* Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness & Candidate Experience.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical business roles.
* Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, employment laws, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
* Manage external recruitment vendors & staffing partners whenever required.
* Participate in employer branding, campus recruitment & recruitment process improvement initiatives.
**Required Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 8–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on non-technical hiring.
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
* Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation & candidate engagement capabilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience supporting global or shared service centers hiring.
* Exposure to recruitment process improvements & employer branding initiatives.
