**City/State** Norfolk, VA **Work Shift** First (Days) **Overview:** **Overview** ------------ The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, proactively identifying and delivering talent solutions aligned with workforce needs. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across assigned business units, with a strong emphasis on innovative sourcing strategies and proactive pipeline development. This individual will leverage both tactical execution and strategic insight to recruit diverse, high-quality talent while continuously improving hiring outcomes.
